Soulfest is not responsible for any changes to the event, including but not limited to performers, venue, date, or time. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to verify this information with the event organizer.

5. Ticket Transfer:
Tickets purchased through Soulfest are generally transferable, unless otherwise specified by the event organizer. If you wish to transfer your ticket to another person, please contact the event organizer directly.
